AC Reactor
The AC reactor is used to improve the input power factor of the inverter power supply, reduce harmonics and/or suppress external surges. Joint usage of the DC reactor with the AC reactor will provide high reliability operation of TOSVERT inverter for suppressing external surges.

DC Reactor
The DC reactor is used to improve the input power factor of the inverter power supply and reduce harmonics. The DC reactor is more effective than the AC reactor in improving the power factor and reduce harmonics.

Harmonic Filter
Harmonic filters specifically designed and tested for TOSVERT inverters can absorb harmonics distortion, resulting in a clearn, near sinusoidal input current supply. Complies with international standards including IEEE519, EN61000-3-4, and HK EMSD's GS2007 THD requirements

EMI Filter
Most TOSVERT series inverter drives have built-in EMC noise filter. But when you need to comply with a higher standard or connected to long motor cable between inverter drive and motor, please use an external EMI filter.

Braking Resistor
Frequent start-stop operation, sudden braking or when the deceleration time must be shortened on loads with large inertia will generate and dissipate excessive heat energy. The braking resistor is used to absorb the energy.

RLW Series 3-phase Line/Load Reactors
Passive reactors help to keep your equipment running longer by absorbing many of the power line disturbances which otherwise damage or shut down your inverters, variable speed controllers, or other sensitive equipment. They are very effective at reducing harmonics produced by inverters and drives and can be used on either the input or output.

Matrix AP Harmonic Filter with MTE's "Adaptive Passive Technology"
Using the adaptive passive technology, the filter adapts to various loads while providing optimized THID performance. It maintains a THID performance of 8% MAX at 30% load and 5% MAX at full load and helps meet IEEE-519 Requirements (5% THID) when used at lighter loads.

Matrix PureSine Active Harmonic Filters from MTE are powerful filtering solutions for coordinated variable load power factor correction (PFC), phase balance correction, and harmonic mitigation. Using PureSine Active Harmonic Filters you can realize less than 5% Total Demand Distortion (TDD) while compensating up to the 51st Harmonic and managing up to 12 different Harmonic Signatures simultaneously.

RFI/EMI Filters
MTE's type "RF" filters offer an economical solution to many facility interference problems caused by the high frequency emissions of adjustable speed motor drives and inverters. Type "RF" filters can prevent drives and inverters from interfering with other sensitive electronic loads by reducing both common mode and differential mode noise emissions.
